Definitions
"PDL" means PsyData Labs L.L.C.
"Documentation" means manuals, API reference documentation, guides, tutorials, policy documents, specifications, whitepapers, and technical documentation published by PDL.
"Internal Reference Use" means reading, reviewing, and referencing Documentation for internal organizational purposes without redistribution.
"Commercial Republication" means reproducing, repackaging, or distributing Documentation for commercial purposes, including incorporation into paid training materials, commercial publications, or commercial services.
"Citation" means referencing PDL Documentation in academic, technical, or scholarly publications with proper attribution.
"Derivative Documentation" means any adaptation, modification, translation, or abridgment of PDL Documentation.
License Grant
PsyData Labs L.L.C. grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to: (a) read, download, and use the Documentation for Internal Reference Use; and (b) cite the Documentation in academic or technical publications with full attribution as required in Section 13. All other rights are expressly reserved.
Restrictions
Commercial Republication of Documentation is PROHIBITED without written authorization from PDL;
Commercial redistribution or commercial repackaging of Documentation is PROHIBITED;
Modification of Documentation content is PROHIBITED;
Creation of Derivative Documentation works requires separate written authorization;
Documentation does not grant any rights to underlying Software, Models, Data, or other Intellectual Property described therein.
Attribution Requirements
Attribution is MANDATORY in all cases where Documentation is cited. Required attribution:

PDL retains exclusive copyright and all Intellectual Property Rights in all Documentation. Documentation is protected under copyright law as an original literary work. No license to underlying Software, Models, APIs, or proprietary technology is granted by or implied from this Documentation License.
Confidentiality
Documentation marked as confidential, internal, or restricted must be treated as Confidential Information and must not be shared externally without PDL's written authorization.
Data Protection
Licensee shall not use Documentation to facilitate unauthorized data collection or extraction from PDL systems. Any processing of personal data described in Documentation must comply with applicable law.
AI-Specific Terms
Documentation may not be used as training data for AI systems without express written authorization from PDL. Automated extraction of Documentation for AI training datasets or competitive intelligence is PROHIBITED.
Commercial Terms
Internal Reference Use is provided at no charge. Commercial Republication or Derivative Documentation rights require a separate executed commercial agreement with PDL.
Redistribution Terms
Redistribution of Documentation in any form is PROHIBITED absent written authorization. Citation in academic and technical publications is permitted subject to Section 13.
Modification Terms
Modification of Documentation is PROHIBITED. Approved errata or corrections must be coordinated with PDL and clearly marked as corrections.
Termination
PDL may terminate this license upon Commercial Republication, unauthorized modification, or redistribution without notice. Licensee must destroy all copies of Documentation upon termination.
Warranty Disclaimer
DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. PDL MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CURRENCY OF DOCUMENTATION. DOCUMENTATION CONTENT MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. RELIANCE ON DOCUMENTATION FOR CLINICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS IS NOT RECOMMENDED WITHOUT INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION.
Limitation of Liability
PDL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON DOCUMENTATION, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN DOCUMENTATION, OR THIRD-PARTY USE OF DOCUMENTATION CONTENT.
Indemnification
Licensee shall indemnify PDL from claims arising from unauthorized modification, commercial redistribution, or misrepresentation of Documentation content.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Madison County, New York State, United States.
