Definitions

"PDL" means PsyData Labs L.L.C.
"User" means all users, licensees, partners, API users, community members, and any other party accessing PDL technology, platforms, or services.
"PDL Technology" means all PDL software, models, data, APIs, documentation, platforms, and services.
"Prohibited Use" means any use enumerated in Section 12 of this Policy.
"Violation" means any act or omission by User that constitutes Prohibited Use or breach of this Policy.

Permitted Uses

Users are authorized to use PDL Technology for:

Authorized purposes under applicable license agreements;
Development, testing, and staging within license scope;
Production use within license scope and applicable thresholds;
Internal research and evaluation within authorized parameters;
Community collaboration in accordance with PDL-COM-001. 12. Prohibited Uses — Comprehensive List
The following uses of PDL Technology are strictly PROHIBITED for all Users:

Illegal activities of any kind;
Unauthorized access, hacking, or circumvention of security or access controls;
Data harvesting, scraping, or unauthorized collection beyond authorized API access;
Spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications;
Circumventing rate limits, technical protection measures, or licensing controls;
Impersonation of PDL, its officers, employees, or products;
Distribution of malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious code;
Violation of privacy rights or applicable data protection law;
Harassment, abusive conduct, or threats targeting individuals or groups;
Competitive intelligence gathering in violation of license terms;
Use with intent to cause harm to individuals or communities;
Psychological manipulation or exploitation of vulnerable populations;
Unauthorized recording or surveillance;
Use of PDL AI Systems for Prohibited Uses under PDL-AIP-001;
Re-identification of de-identified data;
Use of PDL Technology to infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
Use in violation of any term of any applicable PDL license agreement. 13. Enforcement
Violations of this Policy may result in any or all of the following, at PDL's sole discretion:

Immediate suspension of access to PDL Technology;
Termination of all applicable PDL licenses;
Referral to law enforcement;
Civil legal action including injunctive relief and monetary damages. 14. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations of this Policy should be reported to: PsyData Labs Abuse Team, abuse@psydata.org. Reports should include: description of the suspected violation, evidence where available, and contact information of the reporter. PDL will investigate reports in good faith.
